Veronica Dullens
Managing Director

Veronica has more than 20 years’ experience in the waste and resource recovery and not for profit sectors including events and marketing/communications, not-for-profit strategy, operations and industry consulting.

She has gained a strong reputation for her extensive industry knowledge and network connections within Australia and world-wide, as well as delivering events that run smoothly and achieve the desired outcomes.

Veronica has managed a diverse range of industry events such as conferences, training seminars, technical tours, awards program and gala dinners ranging in size from 20 through to 2000 delegates.

Veronica is a director of the Australian Industrial Ecology Network, Qld Branch Secretary of Soil Science Australia and a member of the International Solid Waste Association, the Professional Conference Organisers Association, the Association for Sustainability in Business and the Institute of Community Directors Australia.


Emma McVie
Events Manager

Emma is a stand out performer in IT and Customer Service, most recently having worked with IBM and Wyndham Vacation Resorts Asia Pacific.

Her exceptional attention to detail, communication, time management and interpersonal skills are ideally suited for event management and delivery.

Rebecca Shirvington
Events Consultant

Rebecca is an skilled event producer with experience in corporate events, festivals and marketing activations. With experience in the Hospitality industry, Rebecca understands the importance of team work, organisation, attention to detail, communication and a strong work ethic which she utilises within her career.

Sylwia Przybyla
Communications Advisor

Sylwia is an experienced communications practitioner, who has worked at various levels in diverse organisations. She has a keen eye for detail and exceptional writing, editing and design skills for a broad range of audiences.

Her broad media, literature, design, publishing and events experience, which she gained over 20 years, allows her to guide any brief from end-to-end: from production through to strategic planning for marketing and media.

Ellen Kingsley

Ellen has decades of experience in hospitality and agriculture, managing a variety of SME’s with an emphasis on HR, finance, project management and customer service / relationship management.
